OBJECTIVE:

To reward customers for their purchases and drive ticket sales for particular events that need special promotional support.


PROMOTIONAL ELEMENTS:

A summer loyalty program involving several entertainment clients and promotional partners that delivered both high-level client exposure and special consumer discounts. Customers took advantage of event discounts by utilizing a ticket stub from a previous event as a coupon through retail, charge-by-phone and Web.
